Highly elastic joints are intended for torque transfer between units subject to action of considerable vibrating, dynamic and shock loadings. The joints have unique as to its value compensating capability (they compensate radial displacement of shafts up to 4,5 mm), have high damping properties, they are characterized by large durability (with operation life not less than 10 years) and simplicity of their design.

Highly elastic joints with toroid-shape casings find wide application in pump installa-tions, in road-building machines’ driving gears, rolling mills’ roll-tables, boring machines, auxiliary drives of diesel and electric locomotives, power drives of river and sea vessels.
On request of the customer, for a joint of one particular size by changing the structural and technological elements, it is possible variations of such technical characteristics of the joint, as the transferred torque, axial radial and torsional stiffness, the maximum speed of rotation, etc.
